ANTI COVID Policy

Hotel California cares about the safety and health of our guests and staff. This is our top priority.

COVID-19 has certainly brought many changes to travel planning around the world. Therefore, according to the recommendations of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, we have introduced all measures to protect against viral infections and their prevention.

As part of our ANTI COVID-19 program, the hotel conducts the following activities:

•         Daily disinfection of the entire hotel is carried out. All hotel premises are disinfected in an enhanced mode.
•         The most frequently used surfaces are carefully disinfected: door handles, lift buttons, water taps, switches, telephones in rooms, temperature control panels.
•         Quartzing of public areas of the hotel, restaurant, conference hall as well as rooms are carried out.
•         When cleaning a room, quartzing is carried out for 60 minutes before the arrival of the guests and after the departure of the guests.
•         The rooms are disinfected before check-in and after check-out using licensed professional products.
•         All public areas are ventilated every 60 minutes.
•         Hand sanitizers are available in all public areas.
•         Key cards are disinfected before arrival and after departure.
•         A social distance at least 1.5 meters between guests in the registration areas, lobby, elevators, restaurant and conference rooms is controlled.
•         Additional security measures are taken at the registration of guests, temperature control is carried out.
•         The temperature of the hotel staff is measured daily.
•         The reception is equipped with protective barriers and masks.
•         Surfaces of stationary and mobile phones, keyboards and mice for computers are processed; payment terminals and other items, as well as all other items in the reception area after each guest.
